Cancellation Policy

At Rinse Theory, we value your time and ours. To maintain an efficient schedule and ensure availability for all clients, please review our booking and cancellation terms below. 1. Cancellations     •    Free Cancellation: You may cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled start time at no cost.     •    Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours but less than 3 hours before your appointment will incur a $15 late cancellation fee.     •    Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 3 hours before the start time are not permitted and will be treated as a no-show (see below). 2. Rescheduling     •    You may reschedule your appointment up to 3 hours before your original start time.     •    Requests made after this window are considered late changes and may result in a $15 fee or require rebooking as a new appointment. 3. No-Show Policy     •    Clients who fail to show up or cancel less than 3 hours before their appointment may be required to forfeit there $15 deposite 4. Payment & Card on File     •    A valid card on file may be required to secure your booking.     •    Applicable fees (late cancellation, no-show, or late reschedule) will be automatically charged to the card on file if necessary. 5. Weather or Emergency Exceptions     •    We understand emergencies and unpredictable weather can occur. Rinse Theory may waive or adjust fees at our discretion in such cases.
